- Designed the interactive interface (the timeline) and commissioned/managed a specialist developer to ensure a seamless, “stress-free” integration into the client’s digital ecosystem
- Executed all animation, visual effects, and “Interactive Cues” to guide the patient through the personalised learning experience
- Oversight for the entire lifecycle of the project, from the initial creative brief to the final technical hand-off and website embedding

I proposed a non-linear interactive journey for patients to self-select their own clinical education path. By architecting this ‘choose-your-own-journey’ timeline, together with OpenHealth we significantly increased information retention and eliminated the ‘digital fatigue’ of traditional healthcare explainers.
